could not believe it. After 7 days BancoEstado I answered a consultation by mail to contact service. The question was simple: If you are a commercial service and how much worth. Nothing more. This came the reply: Dear Customer

24 hour mean, nothing. Even the name of the official response. Just know that my name is Customer. Even my name written on communication. I'm nobody. Also, if you call the telephone number listed answers a machine that requests data, passwords and other things. Endless. What was hard to type out and answer my question? What makes me call me if you can do it? What are you paid? Surely no answer to respond.

Customer Service "modern, effective and fast? No. I must be a minor client, I think.

I should mention that I have communicated with more complex questions, with Google and PayPal, who are thousands of miles from Chile and the answers are not delayed more than a couple of hours and also apologizing for the delay. Responses in English, with my name and signed with full name of the responders. Besides PayPal, the average time to answer, send a satisfaction survey to see if I, a person had been well attended. Also I told them several times and always the response was quick. That's the difference between customer service and one non-Chilean. On the other side understands how this works and the value.

The BancoEstado should have answered me by mail, hand written with pen. It would have been faster. The best advertising does not work against their own experiences. Well, just my personal experience simple. I just wanted to transfer "a few dollars" from abroad to Chile. Just that.
